Rutabaga Fries

Rutabaga Wedges
1 rutabaga, peeled then cut into wedges
2 tsp each: dried rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder
½ tsp sea salt
½ c water
Place water and wedges into a non stick pan. Sprinkle in seasonings and stir with wooden spoon. Cook for 2 min on 6, then 8-10 more min on 4.
