Chex Mixes - Sweet Rice; Southern Krazed

Two Great Chex Mixes - 

Sweet Rice

1/2 c butter

1 1/2 c brown sugar

2 T lite karo syrup

6 c Rice Chex

1/2 c peanuts

1 c pecans

Combine and boil first three ingredients. Pour over other three. Let cool on jelly roll pan, Store in tupperware. 

Southern Krazed

1/4 c brown sugar

1/4 c melted butter

1 1/2 T cinnamon

4 c Chex cereal

2 c vanilla wafers, chopped coarsely

Combine and boil first three ingredients. Pour over other two. Let cool on jelly roll pan, Store in tupperware.
