Cast Iron Cooking & Cleaning

Now that we have a fire pit in the back yard, I'm anxious to do more than smores. Once the weather cools down, I'm going to bust out the cast iron skillet and dutch oven recipes and get going. Why not? Here are some ideas I need to remember:

Once it's clean, it needs to be "oiled" too to store it.
