Sourdough Waffles

Measure out the refreshed sourdough. 
I use any portion that can work for the eggs. 1c - 5c. Just adjust the recipe as needed.
This is a 2 c recipe. Not the 5 c original.
Makes 10 square waffles (or 5 full rectangle waffles).

I put all the other ingredients into tye 2 c measuring cups I've already used. Mix the eggs a few times before adding to the refreshed sourdough.
When the baking soda is blended it activates the sourdough immediately, then starts to die down. 
This is why you make the waffles immediately after stiring. 

Enjoy! Or freeze for later.
