Measure out the refreshed sourdough.
I use any portion that can work for the eggs. 1c - 5c. Just adjust the recipe as needed.
This is a 2 c recipe. Not the 5 c original.
Makes 10 square waffles (or 5 full rectangle waffles).
I put all the other ingredients into tye 2 c measuring cups I've already used. Mix the eggs a few times before adding to the refreshed sourdough.
This is why you make the waffles immediately after stiring.
