Baked Cinnamon Walnuts

Soaking walnuts gets the tannis, enzyme inhibitors, phytic acid off.
Add enough water so the nuts are covered. Add 1 tsp salt. Drain and replace water. Soak again. 24-36 hours. I use my glass pan.
Then bake at 200 F for 2 hours. 
Place then in a jar and add cinnamon and stevia.
