My tweaks:
1 c. brown rice flour + 1/2 c. garbonzo bean flour + 1/2 c. tapioca starch
1/4 c. monkfruit granulated sweetener w/ erythritol
as is: egg, poppyseed, baking powder, baking soda, salt
1/2 c. unsweetened unflavored almond milk + 1/2 c. water
1/4 c. olive oil + 1/4 c. unsweetened applesauce
as is: lemon juice and zest
Follow the directions as shown. Do not add glaze.
